Cam'ron Plans For "Last Day On Earth"

WHERE IS CAM'RON.. well this is what he is doing..

Rapper Cam'ron and streetwear clothing brand LRG will be hosting an event in Hollywood tonight (December 20th) entitled "Last Day On Earth." With all of the buzz surrounding December 21st, 2012 as a predicted Mayan doomsday, the themed event will be held at Hollywood's Roxbury. LRG will present attendees with gifts and Cam'ron will treat them to a special guest performance.


LRG indicated that the event is to be a celebration, with no gloom-and-doom imagery.

“Rather than speculate to whether this will hold true, LRG is preparing accordingly because the ‘Last day on Earth’ shouldn’t be spent worrying. Rather, it should be a celebration of all that has been accomplished prior as well as the promise for what the mysterious future may hold,” representatives from LRG told AllHipHop.

Cam'ron Talks Dipset Reunion Update & Vado

I gotta say.. I hope this Dipset reunion is better than what I think it will be.. Anyhoo Killas talk about Dipset and his situation with Vado..

Cam'ron spoke about the long-delayed Dipset reunion album in a recent interview with Jenny Boom Boom. There hasn't been many details about the joint project, but Cam says it's coming.



It's just taking a little longer than expected.


"We're working but everybody's doing a lot of different things," he shared. "It's not coming as fast as people may want it because every body's still got a lot going on in their own privates lives ... but it's coming."


He also downplayed rumors of a feud between he and rapper Vado.


"We're always gonna work together no matter what," he noted. "He had to create his own identity. I fell back for awhile so he could get his shine."

Cam'ron Reality TV Show??

I always said if Cam had a show.. the shyt would be hilarious.. but looks like that WONT be happening..

Cam'ron made it clear that he's done with reality TV. When Jenny Boom Boom asked the Dipset head honcho if he would be making any kind of full time commitment to appearing on "Love & Hip Hop" in the future, his answer was pretty straightforward.



"Never. Never. [laughs] Nah, nah, nah, you know I'll make an appearance here and there, my homegirl Mona is the executive producer of the show," he said. "But I'd never put my life on TV like that. They've been on me for a while trying to get me to do one, even before VH1 was doing reality shows. MTV's been trying to get me to do it but nah, I can't put what I do every day on TV. [laughs]"

JIm Jones Speaks Dipset Album.. Juelz Santana..

Capo Jim Jones gives us an update on the state of Dipset..

Rapper Jim Jones offered some updates on several Diplomat and Diplomat-related projects that are currently in the works. Jones appeared on Shade 45's "Sway in the Morning" and spoke about the supergroup's upcoming reunion album and group member Juelz Santana's projects.



"Me and Cam just finished the first Diplomat single. Actually, [Lil Wayne] is on the hook. It’s called ‘Have You Ever Made Love to a Diplomat.’ It’s definitely an incredible record," he said.


"Juelz has been going through a really crazy period in his life as far as back-to-back instances with the law that’s personal. So things get caught up. Cam has still been doing music, we always doing music, and for the last three months, Juelz had been in the studio strong," Jones added. "I know he’s got like 30, 40 songs that he’s been picking through and he’s about to put out his mixtape."

Interesting to see how this turns out.. I dunno.. ehh

Mac Miller Talks Next Album..Possible Cam'Ron Collab Album??

Rapper Mac Miller revealed an in interview with Karen Civil that while he is recording the follow-up to his Blue Slide Park, he is also eying a possible collaboration with Cam'Ron. The young rhymer actually has several upcoming projects in the works.



“I have a lot of projects that I’m working on kind of simultaneously. Keep your ears and eyes open for something called 'Pink Slime,'" he said. "I’m not telling you what it is, but it’s something. And I’m working on another album and how I can release it. Because we’re staying independent for the next album, so I have to think about what I can do with this album to take it to the next level from Blue Slide Park as far as the release and how we can keep growing and not plateau. I want to keep building. And then Cam and I talked about doing something, I don’t know yet what we’re going to do.”

A collab with Cam hunh.. I can dig it..

Cam'ron to Drop A Song A Day..

When I heard this I was like yea right.. BUT.. I trust the hommie and believe this will actually happen..

Dipset rapper Cam'ron has announced that he will be releasing a new song each day for the next 30 days. The Harlemite says that fans can expect new songs every day except weekends. The news comes as fans are still awaiting the official release date of Dipset's reunion album.



In the meantime, they will have to settle for a bevy of new Cam'ron material. According to Killa, fans can expect a new daily record from him, with the exception of weekends.


"IMA RELEASE #UNLOSTFILES 2MR NEW SONG EVERY DAY FOR 30 DAYS. (EXCEPT DA WEEKENDS) LOL" Cam tweeted.


Cam'ron is recording his upcoming album currently, no official release date has been set.
