Andre 3000 IS NOT On Big Boi's New Album
Maaaaan.. I dunno WTF happened.. but one day.. this nicca Big Boi gonna snap on Dre.. he gotta lotta patience but.. ehh.. smh..
In an interview with The Village Voice, Big Boi revealed that his fellow OutKast member Andre 3000 could have been on his upcoming album Vicious Lies and Dangerous Rumors, but “contractual obligations” kept the rapper from appearing on any songs.
“He could've been on any song he wanted to. I gave the motherfucker about five songs, but I guess he was just too busy,” Big Boi explained. “He said he had to do some Gillette sh*t. No for real. He said he had some contractual obligations.” Big Boi also explained why Swedish band Little Dragon was replaced by singer Kelly Rowland his track “Mama Told Me.”
“Well they left their original label and signed to Universal so it was like bad blood between Universal and Peace Frog,” said the rapper. “So when it came time to negotiate clearance it didn't go so well. But they're still on the album and Kelly Rowland is just singing the lyrics Yukimi wrote.”

Big Boi Speaks on Outkast's Future..
Maaaan.. This shyt don't make no sense.. I'm still a fan tho.. still a fan..
Outkast's Big Boi has joined his estranged rhyme partner Andre 3000 in downplaying any notion of an Outkast reunion. While the beloved hip hop duo have never 'officially' broken up, Big Boi says that fans shouldn't expect any new Outkast music in the near future.
"We're just really focused on solo projects. I'm working on mine, he's working on his, and we'll just go from there," Big Boi said. "I just like to make music. I can go either way, solo or Outkast. My whole thing is just to keep the recording process going. When it's time to do the Outkast record we'll do it, but right now it's solo time."
"I said we were working on music, not the Outkast album," Big clarified. "Sometimes he comes to the studio and be in my sessions just checking out music. People get excited when they see us in the studio together, but it was never for one specific project. Sometimes Dre's in the studio listening to my new music."
I think Big Boi is saving face for 3 Stacks and his fuckery.. I said it.. either way.. together or not I want the music.. Big Boi is one of my faves.. hands down. If you don't have his last album..you already dosing.. WAKE UP.. I'm pissed now.. I need to hear a classic.

B.O.B. Wants Another Outkast Album
ATL Artist B.O.B recently chopped it up with Andre 3000.. He like the rest of us wants another Outkast album..
Atlanta rapper B.o.B. has been compared often to Outkast's Andre 3000, and the younger emcee says that he, like a lot of the duo's long-time fans, would love to Dre and his partner Big Boi reunite for another official LP as Outkast. Dre has indicated that the group is all but over, but B.o.B. remains hopeful.
"I think all OutKast fans want to see an OutKast album," he said. "Even if it's the last one, we want that OutKast album. I did get a chance to speak to [Andre] when we did the feature. We had a good conversation. I was like, 'Andre, let me get that OutKast album, man.' It looked pretty optimistic the last time I heard."
Andre 3000 and Big Boi haven't released anything under the 'Outkast' moniker in six years.
This was the hit they cooked up..

Big Boi/Killer Mike Collab Album..
WELP.. couldn't get an official Outkast Album, so I guess Killa Kill will do.. \
Rapper Killer Mike has announced that he is recording a joint album with fellow Atlanta native Big Boi. Mike told HipHopWired that the two are collaborating on a full-length project and he says that the as-of-yet-untitled release will be more in the vein of their harder-edged material as opposed to their poppier hits of the past.
“I’m looking forward to going back and forth with Big on a whole record. Like people always like the collaborations we did,” Killer Mike explained. “And I’m not talking about the ‘Whole World’ stuff, you know, the ‘A.D.I.D.A.S.’ I’m talking about ‘Bust.’ You know what I mean? Snapping and trapping. When it’s just me and him, just two pitbulls going at a bone.”
“That’s what I enjoy cause my skill set goes up according to who I’m with so when I rap with Big Boi, T.I., and Bun B magic happens,” said Killer Mike. “So I’m looking forward to going 12 songs back and forth. And I’mma just tell ya’ll like my whole inspiration is that pimp, playa Big Boi sh*t. The beats I’m picking and bringing to it man, this gonna be some of that slum, drum Cadillac music. Believe that.”
I'm looking forward to this album.. just because I'm a fan.. so what Andre doesn't wanna do a group album..I'm over it..
Looked for a reason to play this song.

Andre 3000 to Drop Solo LP..But Dismisses Outkast LP
I have been playing ALOT of Kast this week and randomly I got good and bad news.. Check it out..
Despite claims from Big Boi over the past year that Outkast is reuniting for an album, his former partner Andre 3000 has dismissed rumors that a project from the acclaimed duo is in the works. 3000 did, however, confirm that he is working on a long-awaited solo project.
“There's been a lot of talk on the Internet about an Outkast album and I have to say that as of now, there are no plans for another Outkast album,” he said. “There's a lot of music on the horizon. I've been living off the excitement of new artists. I've been privileged to have these new artists kind of reach out and grab back and say, ‘Hey, Andre, we want you on this song.’ So I've been taking those calls and for the last two years, I've been doing collaborations. So these new artists have kind of been keeping me alive. I've just really been feeding off of that and this year I think I'm planning to do a solo project. I don't know when it will come out, but hopefully it'll come out this year. As far as Outkast, I really don't know if or when that will happen.”
“The only thing I can really say is I'm going to get back to having fun because that's what it was all about when I started this in high school—with Outkast—those were like high school dreams," he added. "I'm 36 now, so I have grown-man dreams. This album will just be me being myself as normal.”
I dunno what's going on with the duo.. BUT.. I am glad that another LP will be dropped by one of Hip Hop's Most LYRICAL artist.. I stands by that..
